We are looking for software for collaborative document review. We would strongly prefer open-source, but are open to a proprietary solution.
We need:
1) The ability to assign moderators to different sections of the document
2) The ability to assign reviewers to different sections of the document
3) The ability to have people vote on proposed revisions for each section and for the overall document
4) The ability to handle 20,000 reviewers
5) The ability for reviewers to propose edits or make comments on a particular section
So -- any suggestions of what would work best for this? If the solution worked with CAS authentication, that would be a huge plus as well.
