Create an Auto Reply in Lotus Notes 8.5

I would like to create an auto reply to every email that is sent to a Lotus Notes mail database. I've concluded that I will need to create an agent and I have made some progress in that area. Inside the mail database I've gone to Create - Agent. Then inside there I've gone into the property window and given the agent a name and selected "When new mail has arrived." After that I'm stuck. I've seen where you can Add a Condition but once I'm in there I don't know what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. I have full rights as I am the admin.

Basically you want to create agent like you said that uses Simple Actions (instead of something like Formula or LotusScript. Then you should be able to click on the "Add Action" button below and select "Reply to Sender" as the action. From there just fill out the form with your reply message.

If you have the add contition button showing, you are most likely in the document selection portion of the agent screen. You should be able to click on "Action" on the left and see if you get the add action button.

Thanks for the help brwwiggins. I've attached what I see. Notice I have Document Selection highlighted. When this is highlighted I have "Add Condition" at the bottom. I don't see anything in regards to "Action" Thanks!

Created the agent through Designer as well. Worked like a champ. Thanks.
