1) an agent that does this for you, it requires some programming.<br />
2) the Notes way: forward the mail to a mail-in database and store the PDF's there (and not on a file share).<br />

Solution 3 could be a combination of both: an agent in the mail-in database that saves the incoming files to a file share.
