Import Lotus 1-2-3 contacts into Microsoft Outlook

I have a computer that is running Windows XP Pro.  I am trying to import the contacts from Lotus 1-2-3 into MIcrosoft Outlook.   How would I do that?

I am not sure, but does Lotus Allows to export contacts in csv format?
If yes then we can import in outlook.

I cannot see any Export on the Lotus 1-2-3 suite.   And it sdoesn't seem as if Outlook 2003 will import any files form  Lotus 1-2-3 version 2000.   Any ideas?

Does any one know at least where the contacts/addresses folder/file would be located in Lotus Smart Suite.   Either version 1998 or Version 2000?
