Suggestion Box
I have a Suggestion Box form that has a Document for and a Response form.
I want users to see their suggestions and the responses to their suggestions. I don't want them to see anyone else's suggestions or responses. And I want the three people who read and respond to be able to see everything.

Create a computed ReaderAccess field on the suggestion document and have that field inherit to the response docs. The formula for the ReaderAccess field will need to include the author of the suggestion document and a group or role for the folks who see everything.
I prefer using a role called "[SeeAllDocs]" for the latter group of folks. This role is stamped onto every document through the computed ReaderAccess field.
