There us no viewer for Notes, but there is a free trial available for the client.  Or, you can spend $129 and get one client and one server (express version).

Partha, you said " except for Using com and reading..."

what did you mean by this?

Tom,

if you want more points.... would you happen to have a working ID/pass for downloading that.  I filled in the info but I have to wait until they "verify" the registration form.  I don't have the liberty of waiting that long.  Any suggestions????

Thanks

You can read and create documents in notes using COM. Com toolkit has some samples, but i  have not got a chance to do such things, so i am not sure whether it requires lotus notes to be installed in the system. COM support is crystal clear in help files

You need an IBM (Developer) ID, but it's free (of course you will get 'interesting' emails and stuff).  Just follow the "register" links, and you should be able to download tru the Lotus site.

You can use the link Partha gave you, but if the nsf file you got is a recent one (R6 or R6.5), you won't be able to open it using the Notes 5 version ....

cheers,

Tom
