Browse All TopicsHi Experts, I have a view called INFO that contains ViolationNo. , EmployeeNo.
VNo. EmpNo.
3
1555
1555
1608
5
1608
1455
it means
Emp # 1555 violated the violation # 3 twice.
Emp # 1608 violated the violation # 3 once, violation # 5 once.
Emp # 1455 violated the violation # 5 once.
the form is called VIOLATION & it contains EmployeeNo., EmployeeName, ViolationNo. , ViolationDesc, Grade of Penalty, Penalty, TotalViolation etc.
TotalViolation is Number/Computed:
@If(ViolationNo!="";@DbLoo
when I compose a document .. I enter employee # 1555 and select violation # 3 .. it gives
1555; 1555; 1608 .. (this is perfect)
but is there any way to display only "1555; 1555" (not 1608)
and should display "1608" (not 1555; 1555) when I enter employee # 1608 and select violation # 3.

I found out a way. I've created a field TotalEmpViolation Number/Computed:
Violation)
@Keywords(EmployeeNo;Total
so when I enter employee # 1555 and select violation # 3
TotalViolation displays : 1555; 1555; 1608
TotalEmpViolation displays : 1555; 1555
it is solved now :)
