Is this for R6 ? Then Check out Admin help on detail steps..

There is a tool called AdSync which can facilitate AD and DA synchronization..http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=rdb1redp060500

Ok,
yes is for R6. Then, we are trying to understand we must to take into account the organization unit design in order to integrate Active directory with lotus. I know that there is a tool to integrate, but the question is that, whether it 's necessary to design the organizational unit structure thinking in lotus or not, so, could lotus notes and active directory directories have different structure?. What will happen ?
If you are considering two of them then you have to plan it out how you are going to setup the ids...Lotus mostly complies with stds unlike MS.. So start thinking in Lotus perspective and you should be fine.
Pardon, i don´t understand your advice. could you clarify your advice ?. I know little about Lotus Notes, but i know Active Directory quite well. I know that the company is thinking in the future integration of AD with Lotus. I am planning the migration and obviously, i know that it is possible the integration but I am not sure about if it neccesary to considere something in the ou design, domain structure design to easy the future R6 integration. I also know that currently, in production envioronment the version lotus 5 and directory structure is different to the structure that we are thinking about for the AD design
thanks agains
