COM objects and ASP

I'm having big time troubles with instantiating a COM object in my ASP code. I don't know what happened. Two weeks ago it would work and I could successfully query a notes db and display information just fine. Here is what I have in my asp code at the moment. The response.contenttype line just tells ASP to use excel.

I get back the following error:

Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0115 (0x80004005)
A trappable error (E06D7363) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

If I run it a second time I receive an error:
Error Number 450 for vbscript.

I'm stuck again!
Important info:
I've registered the .dll file for com objects on the domino server.
I followed the instructions in the help file to setup Domino for IIS
It did work at one time. I had problems but followed the documentation in admin help to get me through.
