"error during main dictionary spell initialization"

Client opens his Lotus client from home, everything appears to be fine. He tries to reply to a message and cant send becasue "error during main dictionary spell initialization"...
Is there some instructions I can send him to resolve this? What is this about?

this happening because, u did not specified Dictionary in User->preferences.

else, the dictionary exe file is missing (I think it is diclib.exe) in Notes directory.
