Printing multiple attachments in Lotus Notes 6.5
We just migrated from Outlook/Exchange to Lotus Notes/Domino 6.5. One of the features of Outlook is the ability to select several emails at a time, and to print them along with the attachments without the need to open each email separately. I would love to know if this is possible in Notes. We have at least one user, our HR director, who has to sort through dozens of resumes sent by email, and it's extremely cumbersome to have to open each email one at a time. Our Lotus consultants are telling us this functionality is not built in to Notes, and they would have to write a special script to do this. Does anyone have a ready made script for this, or are we missing something that Lotus can alrady do?
Thanks a lot
Peter

Yes, there is a way to print attachments without opening email. I can send you an email with the script that you need.

If you do a search in this forum you could find lots of threads related to the same issue..
Here is one such thread which includes the api to print attachments from the document ..https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21278366/Printing-documents-and-any-attachments-via-an-agent.html

Petermons,
I didn't get your email info when I looked at your profile. Send me an email, I will send you a notes database with sample code.
Thanks

It is against rules of EE to have question taken offline.. which wholly defeats the purpose of EE as a technical exchange forum. Imagine another person who wants to take a look at this soln by giving out some points( or money ) ends up in a soln which is of no use to him/her.
Secondly peter never give out the address in this forum rather give it as plain text .. this is to save you from spams. eg; peter at sixtycanada dot com... will do

My aoplogies. I've had some problems navigating this site, and I wasn't sure how to get an email to sravikiran so he could reply with the database I was looking for. Having said that, how do I get an email to him (as the email I inadvertently sent offline didn't seem to go to the right person anyways)?
Petermons,
I have your email address. I will send the database tomorrow.
THanks
