Hi,
My boss want to build a program that using lotus note to handle online conference rooms booking for a office. But I want to know how can do that and which program can do that ? Thanks.

That's built in to the Notes/Domino system more or less out of the box. Just look at admin help n creating a resource/room reservation database, and adding rooms to the database. Therefater, anyone can try booking a room directly, or designating a room for free time lookup and booking when inviting others to a meeting.
Every version since 4.5 or 4.6 includes this feature.
File -> Open -> Database
Select your mail server in the top field
Double-click the HELP folder toward the bottom of the middle field
Select administrator help from the middle field
You are now in administration help.
Click on teh second tab, INDEX
Start typing (you don't need to be in a field): ROOM
Hit enter
Expand and explore the topic heading

Youe question doesn't specify but do you have a Domino server. If so, try looking at the resource reservation option. That's what we use for room reservations.
