lotusScript: Populate a listbox Field dinamically

Well, i already tried using replaceitemvalue method passing an array of string. Also, assigning that array directly like:

doc.lstUsers = myarray

Array has values, i can see them in debug mode. If you see the values property of that field, you could see those values buy my uidocument has an empty field...
Tried refresh, reload, save and save methods for ui and back end document, nothing is showed...
the same apply when use a richtext field, nothing could be seen but values is full of data...

What values does your DialogList have for the Choices?
It should be: UseFormulaForChoices; Formula: lstUsers

Uhps, sorry. Bad recommandation.
Better use a hidden field for DialogList choices and set the value for that hidden field.
The value for the DialogList field is the selected options from the DialogList.

yeah, you are right with your last recomendation. Indeed, i used that approach in another app and i completely forgot it.
