I agree with umeli, setup different locations and specify which ID to switch to in the advanced tab.
Just remember in this situation though all 10 users will be sharing the same bookmark db, desktop, and names.nsf personal address book.
Maybe you can also look at setting up web mail access for these users if possible? There are other options such as creating separate icons for all the users and pointing to different INIs but that can get confusing

The best would be to have 10 different Windows Accounts on the client.
If that can't be done, use at least the "Location Documents" to switch between Users.
Create a Location Document for every user. In the Advanced Tab, you could choose an ID, which should be used for the location.
