Question

Error on import

Trying to import a sheet of data into a new DB. Have done this a hundred times and have never seen this error. Have an excel sheet with the field names as the row header. Save it as a 1-2-3 .wks file type. When I import I get an error "Title-Row Cells Must B Type Label" I check the sheet, thought maybe they had to be in a text format, but that did not help.

Any ideas on this error?
