Could you please give more details about this column because in the sent view there is an obvious column for the "sent to " which shows the names of the recipients .

i know there are indicators i can configure to display this but she's asking for an actual column. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

If set up as a private view, it should be possible
Otherwise it would involve changing the template. Not something you would want to do.
