@UserNamesList Problem

I have a row of fields that I want to hide if the user is not a member of a group list on the public address book.
I am using this formula and it is not working.
@IsNotMember("eMedNY Access Control"; @UserNamesList)  I created the group list (multi purpose).  I have added myself to the list so I should see the hidden fields, but I do not.
I have refreshed the views in the names.nsf after I added my name to the group, I closed the database and reoppened it, still can't see those fields.  what am I doning wrong ??

If that didn't help to clear Notes' user info cache, here's some more info from the Help database:
"For a database on a server or a local database with "Enforce a consistent Access Control List across all replicas" in effect, @UserNamesList returns a text list containing the following information for the current user:
- Common name
- All hierarchical names (fully distinguished) that include the user name; for example, CN=My Name/OU=My Org Unit/O=My Org, plus */OU=My Org Unit/O=My Org, */O=My Org, and *
- Any roles associated with the user in the ACL
- All groups to which the user belongs (only if the database is on a server)"

Does it fulfil all conditions?

What do you mean by that?? Did you add yourself to the group "eMedNY Access Control"?
The name is an EXACT match of the user group, case and all?

hello Sjef...... I added myself to that group list on the public address book and I still didn't see the hidden fields.  I did restart notes and AWESOME. ... I saw the fields.  Now I am going to remove myself from that group list and I should not see the hidden fields.  That being said would prove that the logic is working correctly.  I will let you know the outcome.

You're welcome! And yes, I also had the problem more than once. I concluded that my user data is cached somewhere in the session (local or server, I don't know). Restarting Notes terminates the session and clears that cache.
