Browse All TopicsOver the years, I have ended up with five different archive files for my mail, covering different periods of time. I would like to combine them into just one file to make archive searching easier. I've asked several of our support people and they could not come up with a method for it.
Is there a good way to do this? (I am currently using Lotus Notes 8.0.2)

The easiest way is to archive your old archives into a single file.
Open each old archive file and change the archive settings to point to a single 'master' archive file, then just archive all documents in each old archive file. This will send all document to a single file and you will end up with 4 empty archives (which can be deleted) and one archive with all mail from the other 4.
