Lotus Notes Address book
Hello,
This problem is experienced by all users in the company. We have a group that is called Administration and at occasions, when users send emails to this group, instead of sending it there, it sends it to a contact in their recent contacts which the email contains administration@......
How can we force the email client to used what is typed before any potential addresses located in the address book ?
Thanks

Have you tried it with this on to see if it gives you what you need? If so then yes we COULD write a script to send around to people in a button say BUT it would better to use a policy to push the setting down to users.
How do you fit into this, are there specific domino admins (in which case they wouldn't want this fiddled with!) or is it your call?
BTW didn't notice before the other q. was you too. Is this related then?

Yes it worked. It seems to have been the problem. I am the admin but know Lotus Domino by experience only.
Sorry had missed your response there before, have been very busy these last few weeks. If you need more help please ask, yuo can do this with policies from the server or a button sent to users if you prefer.
