Create a signature in Lotus Notes 4.5
Is there any way to create a personal signature to add automatically to a new memo, in Lotus Notes R 4.5?
I tried creating a new stationery but I want my signature to be added when I press the new memo button.

AFAI remember with 4.5x only way is to change the design of the mail box. View | design choose forms, modify the Memo form by double clicking once into the Body field and set the default to be what you want as your signature, e.g.:
@NewLine + "Steve" + @NewLine + @NewLine + "steve@myaddress.com" + @NewLine + "Phone: 23434042"+@NewLine
Then Save and close. right click on the Memo form in the list and from one of the tabs (forget which, its been a while since I've used R4) tick the box "Prohbit design replace/refresh from updating".
Close the design an when you create a new memo it should have your text at the end of the document (which you can delete if you wish).
