Depends....
Using notes at home? If so, do you have a notes server installed at home?
Are you carrying a notebook to/from work? Or can you access your mail at work from home (using internet or direct dial-up)?
Is this a 1-time action or are you planning periodic updates?
Your mailfile can be found in two ways:
1:
In the bottom right cornet of the screen there is a location mentioned. Default is "Office". Regardless of the name, click "edit current" (bottom option). You'll find a home/mail server and a mail filename.
2:
In your organisation's name & addressbook, in the person view, you should find a document with your name on it. If you open it, you'll (again) find the mailserver and mailfile (this time without ".nsf")
