Converting Lotus 123 97 to Excel 2003

I have a single file that needs to be converted from Lotus123 v.97 to Excel 2003.....in previous conversions Excel has just been able to open the file, this time I get an error.

What do I need to do?  I've searched the web and found lots of shatter, but no solutions.

I need to resolve this for a client in the next 48 hours!

Best option is to do the conversion in this older version of Excel. Even takes reinstalling an old PC.
Or (similar) if you have a PC with 123 on it: use Save As and choose a format that can be used as intermediate.

Missed this altogether as I rarely visit this forum.

1. As CRAK says, Save As say .wk4 format
2. Post a link to it here
3. I will convert it to an .xls file for you and give a link to it

or

1. Buy a copy of LotusSmartsuite on Ebay for about USD$20 (yes, twenty)
2. Install it and then do a SaveAs from Lotus123 into an .xls file type.
