Error 1327 Invalid F drive when installing lotus smart suite

Trying to re-install lotus smartsuite on a laptop.  For some reason, every couple weeks the program just seems to uninstall itself.  When i tried to install it gives me the 1327 invalid F drive and it closes right out.
Any suggestions ?
