Question

'Send to' quit working

I have an access database, which allowed me to use Excel as a Tool to select data in a worksheet format...then use the 'Send to..' function to mail that worksheet to each of the Principals in the school district.

Suddenly the 'Send to....' quit working.  None of the addresses that still exist in my MS Outlook Address Book appear.  It is totally empty, when I try to use this tried and true method.

Can this be fixed?

if this is a custom application then something is changed things don't disappear ..... could be that someone has changed the application

If there is nothing there when you click the address book from excel,  then probably your excel has got partially unhooked from your outlook as its email client, try rebooting of course. If that doesn't work, make sure Mapi32.dll is in the Windows System or System32 folder. If none of this works, maybe try an alternative solution altogether and set up a macro with your predefined list (if it's always going to the same people) so:

Sub email()
ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="bob@mcbob.com", Subject:="test"
End Sub

I don't know the syntax for adding multiple recipients, but maybe someone else can add that?
