Hello,
Im not sure if this will solve your problem but it might be related to the installed service pack when using windows NT.
found some article in:
http://support.microsoft.c
Landscape Orientation Reversed With Postscript Driver
http://support.microsoft.c
Unable to Print Landscape with PostScript After Installing SP2
http://support.microsoft.c
I assume that no macro's are involved and no print area was determined on that PC.
An other shot will be that the user profile is stored on the PC itself or that version uses pesrsonal.xls as startup file (tools>>options>>general)
regards,
Jeroen

That printer comes with two drivers... PCL6 and PCL5e. You can try removing PCL6 (the default) and installing PCL5e on the client machine instead and see if that fixes it... or you can just try switching to a Local driver instead of a network driver. (worth a try, at least)
