auto add rows and cross-worksheet cell updating

I had this workbook actually made functional here on EE. (thanks to DR and Brad)
I would like two more things to happen if possible.

I made the book into four worksheets that would allow for more items to be added to the invoice. The original allowed for 17 items. I made three customer invoices and three office invoices with 20, 40, and 60 item rows.

1) Can a worksheet be edited to automatically add a row when the last row is reached, thus eliminating the need for worksheets with more item rows?
2) How can I enter text on the office invoice worksheet and have the respective customer invoice cells update?

I have a column for item number and a column for quantity. What I have now leaves a #N/A entry in any Customer cell that has an empty respective Office cell.

Essentially, what I would like to do is have all item number and QTY cells in the Customer worksheet echo what ever is entered in Office worksheet and have an extra row added when the last row is updated (if possible).
