How to edit tabular data on a form

Hi experts,

Here's what I need to do in Excel VBA. Please advise on the best way to accomplish my goals:

1. I need a user form to come up showing a 3 col x 30 row grid of cells (similar to a mini Excel sheet)
2. The cells in the grid need to be editable so the user can add/edit his own data
3. The contents of the cells need to be saved to a range on a particular worksheet

The biggest isuue is what control to use to hold the data. I have experimented with the MSFlexGrid control but as far as I can tell, it does not support user editing. Is there some way to make it so the cell contents are editable?

Alternatively, is there some other control that would do the job? I have also played with the ListBox control but it seems even less flexible.
