Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Calcualting Actual chat session time in excel using Macro

Hi

I need to develop a macro in excel to get the actual login or session time of guys i.e. how many hours they have been consecutively doing chats without being idle. Here is the data. Pls see to it and accordingly develop the logic and macro. Here is the sample data i.e. Chat Start Time and End Chat Time.  I really need it badly, as we have to do it manually all the time.  Incase of any clarification, pls let me know:
