Congratulations to our new Genius—zorvek

The Excel page doesn't show it yet, but Kevin just popped over the million point mark in Excel. After a big push last month (making him #7 in points on a site-wide basis), he reached the last official milestone in the Excel TA, the coveted Genius Certificate. There aren't many of these site-wide, and only four in Microsoft Office applications (excluding Access).

795 questions answered since August '04. All but three in the Excel TA. Almost half of them without benefit of QuickPost. It's a stunning record of accomplishment!

What Kevin may not realize is that the rank of Excel Genius carries some additional responsibilities:
1) Mastery of some arcane art possessed by none else. Like brettdj with regular expressions.
2) Kevin must amaze his peers at least once a week. Amazed peers may respond with Huzzah! or Pip! Pip!
3) Kevin will absolutely nail questions with his first post—unlike this recent fiasco: http:/Q_21439564.html
4) Questions will appear with phrases like: What did Kevin mean when he said...?

On top of these new responsibilities, Kevin has volunteered to clean the Augean stables. Yes, he has promised to take a large shovel to the moldering backlog of Excel questions as Clean-Up Volunteer.
