Was wondering if there is a way to scroll over an imported background? Another words I don't want the background to move when I scroll.

scrolling itself is the definition of a smoothly moving background
so duno what's the background of your question:)

When I went to "Insert/Background" in my Excel document and the image appears and then I have my information in the cells but when I scroll up or down the image moves along with the scroll. I want it to stay still.

okay now I know what you mean:

you use
format/sheet/insert/background and actaully u want that the background scroll when you scroll

no you can't because SetBackgroundPicture is only action of the worksheet class (no options for this)

Yes mgroyal correct sheet/insert/background. I didn't want the image to move when I scrolled. So I guess it cannot be done.
Thanks for everyone's help on this matter. I consider it closed.
