First time user stuck.

Im trying to make a spreedsheet for a work rota. I have never used Excel before but have managed to get the spreedsheet put together. When I was printing it to see what it actually looked like on paper I was printed across two sheets (was too long for the dyas in each month) so I used the page break feature to make it fit on opne page. It was smaller then when I printed it, but still ok and the way I wanted it.

Now for some reason it has gotten much smaller. When I clcik the print preview button it shows the spreedsheet so small that I can hardly see it. When I print it its far too small. I have no idea what I have done but I cant undo it. Ive tinkered with some settings to try to get it back to the size I had it.

So my questions are:
1. How can I resize the spreedsheet so that it will go to whatver size I want it? Do I do this by Print Prview --> Setup --> Adjust the scaling under the page tab? What should this be set to to make the page normal?

2. Can rotate the spreadsheet I have created to make it print on the page longways?
