Link to down stock data from Yahoo
I have used a web query to download stock index data, i.e. the DJI averages into an Excel Spreadsheet. The query is called from a subroutine that updates when the user wants to have the latest data. The query works fine for a few days and then it will download information other than the data that I want. It is almost as if they are changing the location of the data on the website. If the query is edited it will then work again for a few days. Can you direct me to a site or location that will show me how to reliably download current stock data and stock index data?
