Shared Workbook Issues

We have a shared workbook that is going on the fritz.

When one user opens the workbook, it's fine.  When another user opens the workbook, it may be fine OR it may have random data missing...or the header's gone...or whatever.

We've tested it to where all users close out of the workbook.  One user then opens the workbook and makes no changes of any sort.  Then another user opens the workbook and likewise makes no changes.  The workbook may not be the same on both user's computers.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
