With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. I must apologize for having missed his Wizard certificate announcement, but the LoNeRaVeR9 will not be denied. Jaes earned his certification in mid-July with an unfailingly sunny outlook and answers covering the gamut from user interface tricks to VBA macros. This has taken him from ground zero to a place on the top 15, all in the first seven months of the year.

One of the more instructive experts frequenting the Excel TA, Jaes regularly takes the time to teach the Asker how the proposed solutions works. And he has the knack of shifting gears so the neophyte is not left in the dust, and the IT veteran has plenty of meat to chew on.
