With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Congratulations to our new double Genius rorya! Patient with the clueless, writer of lucid explanations, and terribly good at Excel--couple that with a dollop of tenacity, and you reach 2 million in a year and a fortnight.

Some people make steady progress answering a lot of easy questions. Others enjoy tackling anything that comes up. Rory is one of the latter, and sometimes his innovative solutions leave me gobsmacked because they make the "impossible" seem so easy.

Rory has an advantage: he lives and works in Great Britain and appears to have a significant other who doesn't mind his plowing through the daily onslaught of questions from bewildered colonials. Whatever the case, Rory seems to have found his stride, and shows no signs of letting up. Now if we could only get him to use more colourful expressions...
