How to make a web service call within VBA (2002 or 2003 versions)?

Hello,

I would like to make a call to an a web service from within a VBA application with an XL front-end. This application runs on Office 2002 and Office 2003. Is there any external lib/dll that is required? And what are the steps that need to be followed? Any example will be much appreaciated!
