Question

Congratulations to our new Sage—LoNeRaVeR9

Asked by: byundt

After a "holiday" from  EE caused by a glut of work for his day job, Jaes came back sans his flowing locks to our Excel Zone, and quickly answered enough questions to earn a Sage certificate. As I reviewed his answers, one of their recurring features is the patience he displays with neophytes. He works with them patiently until the entire solution is correctly implemented, explaining the details as they go, and offering sample workbooks when appropriate.

And then there was this pearl  in a recent question where Jaes explains why many of us keep coming back to EE:

"Thank you for your kind words.  I would have to say that I have learned more on EE from answering questions than I ever did working on my own.

"I am an Expert here for the learning experience.  I learn from other Experts and I learn by answering questions the likes I have never seen.  These questions prompt me to think in ways that I could never do on my own."   http:/Q_22422568.html

How many Rows must a Sub Loop down, before it becomes a macro? The answer my friend, is blowing in the End. http:/Q_22560449.html
Excel 2007 runs slower than Excel 2003 and Jaes is about the only Excel regular who is using it  http:/Q_22576760.html

Congratulation Jaes! Woohoo!

Jaes,
Congratulations! Your appearance may be neither hair nor there (sorry!) but your patience and dedication, as demonstrated perfectly by the third post Brad cited, are still an inspiration! And it's always nice to have you around because your attitude is spot on.
Keep on doing what you do. :)

What is with all the Hair-ist remarks?  Very bunny, indeed :)  Or was that just hair-esy?

It is good, however, to see that you have not lost your super-human coding strength with a haircut.

But do not listen to the others.  They are just jealous because you are still young enough to be able to grow your own.

Congratulations on another milestone, Jaes, and for showing us that you are still hair today, and going on, and on, tomorrow...
