Browse All TopicsI have a customer who has a blank Excel file. It had data in it ans she had been saving. It has 3 macros. It comes up as a blank worksheet if she opens Excel first and then opens the file and it acts the same if disabling macros or enabling macros.
If she opens it by double-clicking it, it comes up as a gray screen...looks like when you open excel and close hte sheet.
Any ideas?

Which version of Excel does she have? The second bit sounds like a registry/DDE issue with the link between explorer and Excel.
Can you post the workbook?
