Browse All TopicsI have a client that has a few excel spreadsheets that will no longer save custom margins. It does not happen with all of the spreadsheets, but 3 of the most commonly used ones. The clients all use Windows XP, but one of them was recently upgraded to Office2007. If you open the spreedsheet, change the margins to 1/2" all around, centered both vertically and horizontally, save and close the file. Re-open and the margins are back to 3/4" not centered.
The only thing that has changed in this time is the Office2007, but I don't really hope this isn't the problem. Has anyone seen problems like this before and have ideas how to fix?

It may be you have some excel corruption (although without having 2007, I'm unsure). A number of fixing tips are listed here:

It's worth trying, as it is entirely possible something like an addin is not working in 2007 any more, and causing general problems.
