Question

If, then, else type statement for Excel

Hello Experts,
This is probably an easy question but I don't have a very solid understanding of Excel. I have a cell that I would like to use an If Then Else kind of statement in. Basically, The equation in L16 should read something like "if the value in L11 is less than or equal to 8.00 then the value of L16 is equal to L11, otherwise L11 is equal to L9-L10".
