Mail Merge

Zones: Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word

When performing a mail merge from Excel to Word, I find that it is reading left to right which is a problem
Example of what I have is attached. You will notice that the states are split out by a single cell that identifies it. When mail merge is performed, that identifier becomes useless. Merge is currently set as Labels so that there are columns of text. But the problem I run into is that info is dumped left to right and not up/down. Can someone help me? Am I being clear? If no, I can expound. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
