Charting variance in MS Excel

Asked by TylerDerden in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software

I would like a simple chart to show the variance in the number of envelopes received in a year.
Below is my data set.
In the year 2005 the low number of envelopes received in any one month was 754
In the year 2006 the high number of envelopes received in any one month was 9,648

Year      2005      2006      2007
Low      754      3,966      8,368
High      9,648      14,076      18,640

I would like a simple chart to demonstrate this.
Perhaps something like a bar chart that shows the range of envelopes received per year.
So there would be one bar for each year. 2005 would have a range from 754 to 9,648.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.
