export data from excel to access

Hi Experts
I can export from excel (VBA)my data to acces table(with DAO)but the problem is I don´t know how much rows will be use.I cann´t find the last used row and column  to make the  loop...

Is it a requirement to export from excel ? Instead of exporting from excel, cant you do the data import from ms access ( i am suggesting this as it is simple to import data into excel)

Just to expand on flavo's solution, the following will loop from the start of the data, to the end, cell by cell.

Dim i as long
Dim j as long

For i = UsedRange.Row to UsedRange.Rows.Count
    For j = UsedRange.Column to UsedRange.Columns.Count

       'Your process goes here = Cells(i,j)

    Next j
Next i
