The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. excel manage static hyperlink as dynamic hyperlink and add excel filepath to my outlook hyperlink

SITUATION:
i use this set of macro to copy in clipboard many outlook links, or one only and i end up with the same problem as tlt28gvg121 (See code snipet, sry for the french comments)
i past thoses links in excel 2007

PROBLEM:
excel display "file:///c:\gv\sheet\outlook:90AF9D8E .....".  in tooltip for my links
excel dont reconize my link as an absolute path, it think its relative path, and complete it with actual excel file path

TRIED:
now in the excel document propreties, you can change the default dynamic path, but how to tell the document that all my links are statics, not dynamics?

how to tell excel 2007 to recognize my links as static?
(it work in some excel 2007 computers, but not on some others)
