Question
How to move xlstart to server?
I'm trying to get some macros to the server so that my coworker and I can use the same toolbars and customization. Is there a way to get us to be using the same personal.xls from the server? I've searched around and have come up empty.

You can set an alternate startup directory under Excel Options, but unless you are createing toolbars in code (or customising the ribbon), personal.xls does not affect your toolbar settings.
