Pviot Table: Adding an Average Column

In Excel 2007, does anyone know how to add an average column in the following scenario.

The spreadsheet looks like this:

Month1 Month2 Month3 etc "Monthly Average"
Row1
Row2
Row3
etc

At the moment, the Month columns show a Sum of the Row data.

I would like to add a column for "Monthly Average", but I can find out how to add a Grand Total column, but if I format it as Average it turns all the other Month columns to Average!

I need the Month columns to be Sum, and then an extra column at the end as Monthly Average.

Any ideas how I can do this?
