Make active cell just below cell matching todays date

Hi all.

I have a worksheet that a few persons need to fill in data. I would like to know how to automatically make the active cell a cell directly under a cell containing a date value same as todays date.

The dates are in a row from B2 onwards and say that a date matching todays date is in O2, then active cell should automatically be O3 when workbook is opened.
