Define Name for Growing Columns

Experts,
             I've defined a name "Values" for a range of values which grow in nature by rows:

Sheet = "Workings"
Values = B25 onwards
=Workings!$B$25:INDEX(Workings!$B$25:$B$65536,COUNTA(Workings!$B$25:$B$65536))

but i can't figure out how to get it to work for Columns:
Sheet = 'Sheet1"
Values = E25 sideways

I currently have TEST=Sheet1!$E$13:INDEX(Sheet1!$E$13:$IV$13,,COUNTA(Sheet1!$E$13:$IV$14))
