The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Excel versions national vs. english

Hi Experts,

I found an interesting behaviour of Excel. I begun develop a job in my national version (hungarian) then I installed an english version (otherwise the same version). The page names in the project window are mixed hungarian (Munka1, Munka2, ....) and english (Sheet1, Sheet2, ...) depending from the excel version. There are buttons and event driven macros (for example Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()) on the sheets. Now is interesting. When I switch to pages MunkaX the macros run normal. When I switch to pages SheetX I get the message

Run-time error 13
Type mismatch

and in the Watches window the variable is empty but for the pages MunkaX the same Public variable has normal value. Can't handle the diverse versions of sheets?
Did somebody met this phenomena?
I think (I didn't tried) I'll make a copy of the old sheets. They get SheetX names then I'll delete the old ones and if there will be only of one sort I can run on ech sheet the macros.

Any ideas?
