Generating numbers automatically depending on the rows Font size

Hi,

I have an excel worksheet.There are two columns and many rows.On the first column I would like to have a number generated automatically as I enter the information on the second column.If I change the font size on the next row of the second column then I should increment the number on column 1 with one.I'll try to give an example:
.4101      BREAD LINE --->In this line I choose the 4101 numbe

410101      BREW SYSTEM ---> Font is ArialBold 14
41010101      CONTROL PANEL ---> Font is ArialBold 10
41010102      FLOVEYOR ---> Font is ArialBold 10
4101010201      MOTOR ---> Font is ArialItalic 10
4101010202      WIRE ROPE CONVEYOR
4101010203      EXTRACTION DUCTWORK
41010103      BREW MIXING TANK ---> Font is ArialBold 10
4101010301      MIXING MOTOR ---> Font is ArialItalic 10
4101010302      MIXING IMPELLER

And so on.I don't know if I managed to make myself understood if not sorry by my English skills are to be blamed.
